To view the journey of your parcel, you can track your order using the following options once it has been shipped from our warehouse:
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Follow the link in the email, or visit the Singapore Post website HERE and enter the tracking number to track your delivery
My Account
If you have an account with us, you can also track your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Orders.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Singapore Post website once you receive your tracking number.
Singapore Post App
In light of rising fraud and scams, Singapore Post will no longer be sending SMS notifications to advise on order status in order to provide the greatest level of security for its customers. We strongly advise using the Singapore Post app to track your parcel, which will give you notifications about your parcel's journey.
